Embrace Growth on Your Spiritual Healing Path
About Me — The Healing Wildflower
Hi love, I’m the soul behind The Healing Wildflower — a mama, a survivor, a storyteller, and a woman learning to bloom in places life never intended for me to grow. I built this space from the thick of my own healing journey: the trauma, the mental health battles, the spiritual awakenings, the mama moments, the addictions, the heartbreaks, the rebuilding… all of it.
For most of my life, I moved through the world feeling unheard, unseen, and unsure of where I belonged. I carried wounds I didn’t know how to speak, emotions I didn’t know how to name, and stories I didn’t know how to share. But healing has a funny way of whispering, “you’re not alone, and neither are the women who need to hear you.”
And that’s how this blog was born.
What This Website Is For
The Healing Wildflower is my open journal — a home for truth-telling, gentle reflection, hard conversations, emotional honesty, and the kind of growth you can feel in your bones.
Here, I write about mental health, trauma, motherhood, faith, sobriety, relationships, shadow work, inner child healing, and the slow, sacred work of becoming someone softer and stronger at the same time.
I created this space because I know what it feels like to break… and I also know what it feels like to bloom again.
How I Hope to Help You
My hope is that when you read my stories, you feel less alone.
Less crazy.
Less broken.
More understood.
More connected.
More like your healing is possible too — even if it’s slow, even if it’s messy, even if it doesn’t look like anyone else’s.
I’m not here to preach.
I’m not here pretending I have all the answers.
I’m here to walk with you — woman to woman, soul to soul — while we figure this life thing out together.
If my words help you feel seen… if they give you a little relief, a little hope, or a little courage… then this entire garden was worth planting.
Welcome to The Healing Wildflower.
A place to feel, a place to release, a place to grow — exactly at your own pace.
